Environment and Human Health: Create A Pure Environment

Environment does not only affect your physical health, but your mental health too. One should either choose the environment consciously or create an environment accordingly.

One of the timeless truths of successful living can be simply stated as: Your thoughts form your situation / your world. What you allow in your life is what will continue. If you are unhappy about something in your life, just quit that and start doing something that makes you happy.

Life is a self-fulfilling prophecy – it gives you what you work for. World / Life is not a wish granting factory. You should work for it and have patience until you have it. Most of us are unhappy because of what kind of thoughts they think and thoughts are exactly proportional to the environment we live in.

The first step to becoming a happier, more serene person is to manage your thoughts and purify your thinking. One of the best ways to begin this inner work is to improve the quality of your personal environment. Most of the thoughts you have in your mind are just the collection from different people you interact with, books you read, videos you watch etc.

Now since we understand how thoughts are generated, now we can say that Thoughts are shaped by the people we associate with, by the books we read, by the words we speak and by our daily physical surroundings.
An Engineer, A Doctor, A Teacher, A Laborer etc depending upon the profession has their own thoughts. All of us do think, but those thoughts come from the external world.

So please ask yourself, are you spending your time at work with negative people? If so, they will eventually make you negative and cynical. Are you watching violent TV shows and mindless videos or any news that spreads too much of hatred? If so, your mind will grow restless and noisy.

Over the coming days / weeks, please take steps to make your environment you work and live a better one. You will quickly detect improvements in the way you think, feel and act. You’ll have better thoughts, emotions and actions.
